Jeff is running for his first elective office because he believes his leadership & real world experiences provide a sound foundation for taking on the challenges facing Colorado.
EXPERIENCE
After graduating from West Point, serving overseas as an Army officer, & completing a successful 28 year career in the private sector, Jeff is once again in a position to serve. This time as your State Representative.
VISION
Jeff knows that Colorado must return to practical policies that encourage economic development & private sector job creation, not higher taxes & employment stagnation. Jeff’s top priority will be to work to empower employers to create jobs while bringing government spending under control & keeping taxes low.
LEADERSHIP
Now is the time to get Colorado back on track. Jobs, education, health care, the environment, & other critical issues must be addressed in the fiscally responsible manner that Jeff’s leadership & experience will bring.
The policies of Democrat career politicians & political insiders have failed. While unemployment was doubling, their policies focused on increasing state spending (by 2.5 billion dollars), increasing taxes (on everything from food to car registrations to on-line sales to hospital stays), & increasing government regulation (making it more difficult for businesses to operate & succeed). Jobs & the economy should have been more important than increasing spending, increasing taxes, & increasing regulation.
Now is the time to move on with real world experience & leadership.
